Here at Fluency, we pride ourselves on our people. After all, without them, we wouldn’t be nearly as innovative, savvy and resourceful–so we asked them “why Fluency?” More specifically, what makes our employees proud to work at Fluency and what keeps them going.
Getting to know Alison (Ali) Pritchard, Sr. Project Manager
Meet Ali Pritchard: Ali joined the Fluency family in 2020 after working for various other tech companies in the local Burlington area. She’s a native Vermonter, but because of Fluency’s 100% remote-first model, she currently resides in Nashville, TN.
Ali came to work at Fluency after hearing how innovative the product was and knowing how brilliant the team is. “I’m lucky enough to have worked with some of my team members before, so I knew they were onto something great here.” As for the day-to-day of her role, Ali said “I love being a project manager at Fluency because I get to work with people across different departments and help implement processes to keep our internal teams aligned. My daily grind consists of fueling our product and engineering teams with tasks to help keep our platform moving in a forward direction. I also get to work with our client-facing teams to make sure our customers' voices are heard when it comes to product innovation.”
When asked what makes Fluency special, Ali said it was “our efforts to stay connected as one team. We are a fast growing company, but continue to stay connected with our daily company-wide meeting and company-wide Slack channel to keep everyone in the know. We recognize birthdays, work anniversaries, give real-time demos and provide business updates. It's pretty special that we remain so close as our team grows.”
When Ali is not aligning our product and engineering teams, you can find her in the great outdoors enjoying her favorite activity, horseback riding. Want to join Ali and the rest of the team? We’re hiring! Browse our career page and apply for an open role, today.
