Director, Enterprise Solutions

Job Summary:

A Director, Enterprise Solutions position is one that is highly visible with internal teams and prospective clients.  They have a deep understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, Advertising Strategies and Fluency’s platform; and are able to over-simplify complex digital marketing concepts to prospective client executives and can also get into details with execution specialists.  The Director is responsible for growing Fluency’s client base by directly cold calling, handling inbound leads, and closing new clients.

External Role Duties:

  • Identify and create relationships with new prospective clients.
  • Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client’s organization including but not limited to users, directors / managers, and executives
  • Create compelling business cases for Fluency’s implementation within a prospective client’s organization
  • Maintain an organized routine of follow-up and outreach to generate new business.
  • Close new business.
  • Travel to meet with prospective clients & industry events, up to 35 percent, but typically less.

Internal Role Duties:

  • Maintain a pipeline and communicate to Executives.
  • Be the voice of the customer for internal teams.
  • Contribute to onboarding guide/best practices.
  • Organize / Support / Drive efforts to fully onboard new clients.
  • Contribute to internal education related to the digital marketing landscape and strategies.

Senior Front End Engineer

Job Summary:  

A Senior Frontend Engineer at Fluency will build key product features continuously improving the experience for our customers. You will do this by working with the Product and UX teams on current projects, interpreting product ideas and mockups to create new web-based user interfaces. You’ll balance a consistent look and feel across the application with these fresh features. You will collaborate often with other Software Engineers to define and refine our REST API and you naturally jump in to solve client issues with one of the existing product modules.

Your Role:

  • Project planning and execution based on the product development pipeline
  • Collaboration across multiple business units and functional departments to develop and deploy solutions that address key business initiatives  
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

Senior Performance Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic digital marketing expert to lead and refine our integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned media channels, including search, social media, email and programmatic platforms. This role calls for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media management, and owned media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of our branding and product marketing objectives and a proven track record of driving key business outcomes—such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and bookings—through innovative campaign execution and optimization.

What you’ll be doing:

Driving revenue through integrated campaign strategy and execution

  • Design and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to achieve business KPIs (e.g., lead generation, deal creation, pipeline development, and bookings).
  • Collaborate with sales to create personalized, targeted campaigns for high-value accounts, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and email to engage key decision-makers.
  • Experiment and innovate: Test new growth strategies and marketing tactics to identify scalable solutions that drive results. Build a framework for effectively managing and measuring experiments.
  • Own the reporting process for paid and organic social campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Own project management of identified campaigns, distilling campaign briefs into actionable project plans and overseeing execution through our project management tool (ClickUp)

Managing our paid and owned media

  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, and Programmatic channels to support identified KPIs and business goals
  • Manage relationships with advertising vendors (e.g. Google, Reddit, LinkedIn and MNTN) to enhance program performance
  • Own ad copy, landing page creation, creative and A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance, collaborating with design and web teams as needed
  • Conduct ongoing campaign performance monitoring, daily optimization, and audience refinement to boost key performance metrics.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to constraints.
  • Manage content publication across owned channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
  • Optimize our social profiles and syndication strategies to boost engagement and performance metrics
  • Maintain and manage the social media editorial calendar in collaboration with the Content Manager and Demand Generation Manager

Key skills you’ll bring:

  • SaaS marketing experience, and ability to work in a highly collaborative, high-growth environment
  • Expertise in paid digital marketing: Proven success running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook) and paid search campaigns (Google) with strong results. You know how to optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tools to drive engagement with key accounts.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and data-driven insights: You’re skilled at leveraging tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to execute campaigns, track performance, and report on success. You have a strong analytical mindset and are quick to learn new tools when needed.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media or campaign management.
  • Expertise in Google and Meta ads, proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads and programmatic channels
  • 3+ years using HubSpot for campaign orchestration

Triage Software Engineer

Job Summary:  

The Triage Engineer handles incoming issues by performing a forensic analysis on code to determine the cause, then coding basic fixes.  You'll collaborate with Client Services as well as the Engineering team as a whole and distribute tasks to the optimal engineer for resolution.  You will also work on the release side to help code automated tests that prevent bugs from being released live.  You will write functional code tests that will proactively find code problems helping to mitigate risk.

Your Role:

  • Triage incoming bugs that couldn’t be solved by support
  • Plan and execute fixes against problems received
  • Perform stress and load testing of applications
  • Use modern infrastructure tools and platforms to automate our systems
  • Solve challenging problems working with large dataset transformations
  • Work with Client Services to troubleshoot in-bound issues from clients and internal teams
