Getting to know Andy MacLeay, Senior Director of Growth Strategy
Meet Andy MacLeay, our Senior Director of Growth Strategy and ultimate hype-man. Andy’s energy for what he does is truly infectious. When asked about what excites him in the role, he replied: “I get to talk to folks who have a need and reach out to us! It's the most fun job at Fluency. When a new client comes to us exasperated with a problem or hoping and praying that there is a fix to an operational nightmare and we get to blow their mind with a solution, there’s nothing better than that. It sounds cheesy, but we love to say yes here and that's not some hyperbole; there is almost no problem in digital marketing operations we can't solve for.”
When Andy isn’t at Fluency, you can find him exploring the green mountains on his snowmobile during the winter, or the waterways of Lake Champlain when our much-anticipated summer season rolls around.
