Getting to know Rachel Griffith, Systems Engineer
Meet Rachel Griffith, one of our Systems Engineers here at Fluency. Rachel joined us in May 2021 with a background in paid search, media and social, as well as a passion for automation that’s rooted in the never-ending potential with what you can achieve. “You find out there's a solution for that issue you've had for ages and your mind is blown,” she remarks. “And the sky's the limit from there!”
Rachel finds daily motivation in witnessing her clients have an “aha” moment with a solution that the Fluency platform can offer to fit their businesses’ unique needs. Aside from helping her clients, there’s a lot Rachel loves about working for Fluency–with the people she works with being right at the top of the list. “The most interesting thing about being part of Fluency is being surrounded by such wildly intelligent, creative, and passionate team members - it's awesome and also intimidating.”
Because of our 100% remote-first model, Rachel lives in Portland, OR where you can find her work-from-home setup surrounded by houseplants and her furry coworker—a rambunctious two year old Border Collie mix who loves to give sneak attack face kisses and zoomies. Rachel likes to meet up with another Fluency dog down the street from her, Bri Barzola’s dog Callie, for walks. Outside of her typical day-to-day you can find Rachel in the great outdoors either running, car camping or backpacking. She’s currently preparing for a full marathon this fall and a backpacking trip to the Enchantments in the Washington Cascades.
